If so, the Collegial Mentoring is right for you for you!

Through collegial mentoring, you will set specific goals and work towards them in dialogue with other group members, explore new approaches, and celebrate your successes. Interdisciplinary networking enhances cultural sensitivity and can lay the groundwork for broader research ideas. "Collegial" refers to a group of female academics in similar situations, sharing a common professional focus, but coming from different disciplines. The goal is to support one another in professional challenges and to inspire each other while realizing concrete goals.

Procedure:

At a kick-off event the female academics get to know each other and find a common basis for future mentoring meetings. The group organises itself independently and can be supported by the coordination team.
