We would like to invite you, also on behalf of Prof. Dr. Torsten Meier, Vice-President for International Relations, and the International Relations Office, to our event series International Tuesdays, which will start a bit later this semester, on 25 June 2024. Please note that two events will take place in person and at another time than usual.
Many units and people at UPB are involved in the University's internationalisation process. The International Tuesdays offer all interested members of UPB the opportunity to learn more about UPB’s internationalisation activities and invite them to exchange ideas, experiences and best practices. Thus, the format intends to create a platform that offers interdisciplinary, cross-sectional networking opportunities.
This semester, the following events will take place:
- 25 June 2024: Meet & Greet with Dr. Katja Simons, head of the Campus OWL Liaison Office in New York (on campus, 3.30pm, in room Q2.122)
- 2 July 2024: Presentation of UPB’s Translation Office (1pm, Zoom)
- 9 July 2024: Creating the European University Alliance COLOURS (1pm, Zoom)
- 16 July 2024: Paderborn University and international rankings: Focus on Leiden Ranking (1pm, Zoom)
- 30 July 2024: Libori Fair Stroll for international researchers and employees (6pm, registration required)
