Internationalisation Officers of the Faculties
Every faculty has one or more internationalisation officers. Here is an overview:

- Promotion of internationalisation at the faculties
- Link between the International Office and the faculties
- Establishment and maintenance of university cooperations
Departmental Coordinators
In addition to the internationalisation officers, there are also the departmental coordinators. They look after one or more university partnerships. There are always two people from the university assigned to each of our agreements. One coordinator in the IO for organisational tasks and one departmental coordinator for subject-related matters. In the partner university portal you will find the persons responsible for each bilateral agreement.
Areas of responsibility (faculty-specific):
- Selection of Paderborn students who apply for a stay at the partner university.
- Advising Paderborn students on academic issues related to the exchange semester (e.g. specific questions about the partner university, integration into the study plan, course selection, recognition, etc.)
- Specialist support for incoming students who are completing an exchange semester in Paderborn
