Under My Wing - Supporting Graduate Entrepreneurship

Overview

Under my wing is a LEONARDO DA VINCI Multilateral Project for Development of innovation.

It is an internationally oriented project in the Lifelong Learning Programme of the EU. The duration of the project is 24 months.

In the UMW project, a curriculum tailored to the needs of people with initial vocational training and educational qualifications as well as graduates of work-related study programmes on the subject of “entrepreneurship” and corresponding pedagogical measures are developed, implemented and evaluated.

In addition, a business development curriculum that supports the acquisition of a wide range of basic skills will be developed, and a model for immersing potential entrepreneurs in realistic (real-life) micro-enterprises (immersion model) will be developed to help them understand the entrepreneurial environment.

In addition, a pedagogical framework and induction program for each partner in the partnership and a trans-national mentoring framework are being developed.
