International rankings assess the performance of universities, departments or study programmes on the basis of various indicators. The importance of rankings from providers such as THE and QS continues to increase for universities, particularly in an international context. Paderborn University actively engages with international rankings and endeavours to deal with them systematically.
At the „International Tuesdays“ event, Tilo Wodzinski, international rankings officer from Department 6, will explain which international rankings exist, how they work and what role they play for Paderborn University and its stakeholders. This event will focus on the Leiden Ranking 2024.
The event starts at 1 p.m. and is aimed at all interested members of Paderborn University and will take place via Zoom. Registration is not necessary. The link to the event and further information can be found on the "International Tuesdays" website.
About the "International Tuesdays"
Since 2021, the "International Tuesdays" have offered all members of Paderborn University the opportunity to network in an informal setting during lunchtime and exchange ideas, experiences and best practices with other interested parties.
