Equality concepts at Paderborn University

As part of the federal and state programme for female professors, an equal opportunities concept was drawn up for Paderborn University for the first time in 2008. Due to its great success, the programme was continued in 2012 (Female Professors Programme II). In 2018, Paderborn University took part in the Women Professors Programme III with its gender equality concept and was once again positively assessed.

Here you can find the gender equality concept as part of the competition "Gender Equality Concept - Gender Equitable University". Paderborn University was awarded the Gender Prize (2009) for this concept by the Ministry of Innovation, Science, Research and Technology of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
