Dual Ca­reer Couples

Paderborn University provides advice and support for newly appointed professors and highly-qualified early-career researchers and junior academics and their families. The Dual Career Service helps new staff members relocating to Paderborn find accommodation, a job for their partner or suitable childcare, for example.

The purpose of this service is to make life easier for couples as they embark on their new life at Paderborn University and to help them achieve a better work-life balance by taking into consideration the careers of both partners.

The Dual Career Service is a member of the Dual Career Network Germany and the Dual Career Network NRW and is networked with universities in the local area.
