Self-de­fense & Mar­tial arts for wo­men

In this workshop, we cover the basics of self-defense and martial arts. You'll learn simple, effective techniques that are easy to remember and recall, instead of complicated sequences. Not only will this course give you the confidence to assert yourself - it also will help you build up your fitness and release stress.
