Dear employees and students of Paderborn University,

we're starting again.... A bit of exercise in the fresh air at lunchtime keeps you fit, even after the working day is over. In addition to relaxation exercises, we do targeted strengthening exercises to stimulate blood circulation and relieve everyday tension.
